Refund Policy

100% refund to wallet for cards verified as DEADwithin 3 hours of purchase. If your card is confirmed dead through our checker, the full card price is credited back to your wallet balance automatically.

Card check fee ($0.30) is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of the checking service and is charged per card regardless of the outcome.

Go to My Orders → Card Checker → Click "Check Card"on any unchecked card. The check fee of $0.30will be deducted from your wallet balance.

Dead cards are automatically refundedto your wallet balance. Once the checker confirms a card as DEAD, the full purchase price of that card is instantly credited. You can use your wallet balance to purchase new cards or check additional cards.
